Arthur Puente and his wife Carmen have been married for 22 years. They have three children: Stephen, Sarah and Samantha and they also have a new baby grandson, Samuel.

Arthur’s education includes being a graduate of Sunset International Bible Institute; a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible and Ministry from Lubbock Christian University; and a Master of Arts in Religion from Abilene Christian University.

He has been in full-time ministry for 17 years and has served as a missionary in Quito, Ecuador where he taught in the Quito School of Biblical Studies for five years. He has also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Bible Department at Lubbock Christian University and has been a guest speaker at various brotherhood universities including Freed-Hardeman University, Abilene Christian University and Lubbock Christian University.

Arthur currently serves as the minister for the Colgate Bilingual Church of Christ in Lubbock, TX and as Dean of Ministry Training for Latin America at Sunset International Bible Institute, a ministry which takes him to several Spanish speaking countries every year.
